When schools sign up for our Services, to use VO’SRI - School Dismissal System, they provide us with the following information about you (“Parents”): Guardian first and last name, Guardian phone # and email address, children’s first and last name, their school ID or other information that identifies you personally. Your school also provide us your child’s grade level and teacher’s name and teacher’s email address.
Student information is governed by our Terms of Use, our Service Agreement(s) with the School, the provision of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and all applicable laws which relate to the collection of student info. Please contact your school if you have questions about the information they provide us and their use of VO’SRI – School Dismissal System.
When your school selects to allow parents to use mobile.vosri.com to make certain request such as your child(ren)’s absence, change pick-up type… or to share your location to locate your car in the car-line. You provide us the name of pickup persons and your GPS location... If you find your information to be incorrect while using our services, please contact your school to make the correction.
How We Use Your Information
Personal Identifiable Information (PII) you provide on our website will be used only for its intended purpose. We will protect your information consistent with the principles of the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2002, and the Federal Records Act.
We only use your information to provide school and parents our school dismissal services. We will only communicate your child(ren)’s dismissal information between school and the parents.
We never contact with the students or parents directly. We do not use student information for any purpose other than to provide the dismissal services on the school’s behalf, in accordance with contractual service agreements with school.
VO’SRI - School Dismissal System may also place advertisements on "Parent VO'SRI" - https://mobile.vosri.com. We collect information on the number of clicks on these advertisements, the school they are affiliated with and the time/date the advertisement was clicked. Although we collect this information, we do not provide any personally identifiable information to third parties, including advertisers. We may, however, tell an advertiser that their advertisement was clicked on X number of times, during a certain time period.
In the unlikely event that we may need to sell our dismissal system, we will disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to use and disclose your personal information where required by law, in response to legal process and law enforcement requests such as subpoenas, search warrants, or court orders and/or when, in our sole discretion, it is necessary to protect your/your child(ren)’s interests or the interests of VO’SRI - School Dismissal System/Complete Data Solutions, LLC. and/or its affiliates.
By using of VO’SRI - School Dismissal System’s services, you expressly understand and agree that VO’SRI/Complete Data Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for the accuracy of the child(ren)’s relationship or custody arrangements between the parents. VO’SRI - School Dismissal System/Complete Data Solutions, LLC. expressly disclaims disclosure of information to such sources. School will provide us this information, so VO’SRI can alert the school staff to thoroughly check the identification of the pick-up person.

It is powered by Microsoft Azure, a cloud-computing platform with an industry-leading commitment to the protection and privacy of your data. All data is stored in a secure cloud environment. Since your data comes directly from your school, only authorized guardians can gain access to their own authenticated accounts.
Despite all the security measures, the data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we recommend that you to keep your password in a safe place and do not share it with anyone. Also, please remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished to ensure that others cannot access your account.
